Our maintenance division offers a wide variety of options for your landscape.

Everything from basic mow and edge to full landscape care, including fertilization care, weed control in beds and lawn, pruning, pressure washing, low voltage lighting maintenance, etc...

Some of our customers prefer to pay for the services on a per time account, while others prefer the twelve month billing cycle.

We can set up your landscape care for whatever fits your needs. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

Construction (fencing, patios/walkways, sod,..)

Our construction team can handle your needs from simple lawn renovation to complete new landscape installation.

Do you have a part of your yard that is always shaded and the grass won't grow? Or perhaps a section of your yard that is always wet. We install paver patios, slate patios, decking, etc.. Also a popular feature is walk ways. Compacted crushed gravel, slate, pavers, etc..

We can install and repair fencing. Both wood and chain link.

We offer a full line of installation and repair for low voltage lighting systems. Many customers choose to upgrade there lighting system after it becomes to much of a headache fixing those broken fixtures.

Irrigation Repair/Installation

We have seen a lot of changes in the past 30+ years of irrigation installation and repair.

Backflow Testing

Our Objective is to Keep your drinking water safe. We provide conveniently scheduled backflow testing, repair and installation services. We pride ourselves on educating you, the water customer, on how to reduce the risk of inadvertently contaminating your private or the public water supply.

Why do I need my backflow tested? Backflow assemblies and devices have parts that can break down and wear out, just like the parts on your car. By having the backflow tested annually, you will help to ensure the drinking water supplied to your home remains safe. Because backflow assembly parts can break down and wear out, cities have created laws to help ensure the safety of our drinking water.

At LSC, we have certified backflow assembly testers on staff, who have attended a rigorous training program and are certified by the State of Oregon to inspect, test and repair all backflow assemblies and devices.

Backflow is.. The undesirable reversal of flow in a potable (drinking) water distribution system, as a result of backsiphonage or backpressure.

What is backpressure? Any condition that could create pressure in the non-potable piping system greater than in the potable water system. Pressure caused by gravity due to elevation differences is an example.

What is back siphonage? A form of backflow due to a negative or sub-atmospheric pressure within a potable water system.

Spring Turn-On

Every spring we handle hundreds of irrigation turn ons.

We turn on the system, check the proper coverage of all heads, raise them up after years of sinking, re set your controller ( the one that you lost the instructions for ), fix the drip pipe that your dog chewed up over the winter, etc...

No need to wait till the first good weekend of summer and spend your weekend digging things up and wondering where to go to find the items. We will get it started up and running properly in early spring. We leave the controller in the off postion when we are finished. So when the time is right for you, all you do is turn the controller to on and your ready to go. Enjoy your weekends with family and friends and let us take the headaches out of your sprinkler system.

Water Features

Winterization

State of Oregon has now required a license to winterize irrigation systems if your using a compressor. We have that license.

For as little as $85 you can have the peace of mind that we have turned off the water to your irrigation system and completely removed the water in all the zones.

Just by turning off your backflow device is not enough. There is still a main line that is full of water and many of the lateral lines as well. A crack on the backflow device or above ground hose bib is a much greater repair bill than just simply winterizing. Preventitive maintenance on your system will allow you the peace of mind that you will get many years out of your sprinkler system.

We bring a gas powered compressor to your house, connect to your backflow device, shut the water off, charge the lines with compressed air, and open all the zones and hose bibs to ensure the piping system is empty.

Pressure Washing

After a long wet winter, most drive ways, decks, and patios are covered with a moldy slime. By simply pressure washing, you get your new look back. You also don't have to tell your friends to " be carefull because it's slippery".
